Timing: How will you define this word?

After sharing with Puipui and Vivi, even though the theory is an old-fashioned, but no doubtly that, it's true!!! What' the difference is, WHEN will you convince that, that 's true?

Seem is the time to leave, waiting for a chance still, no.....SEEKING!!!

I would like to share with you guys a restaurant in Mongkok Langham Place, called Mes Amis, for a drink, there is fine.
I shared with my friends was a bottle of Rosemount Shiraz/Cab, Australia 03.
Description: Attractive red berry & plum flavours. It's medium bodied with a supple mouth-feel & soft apporoachable tannins.
I love that medium body taste.
